Position Description
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with one of our clients as a Paid Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads. You’ll manage medium to large advertising budgets, apply data-driven decision-making, and continuously refine campaigns to drive measurable ROI. The ideal candidate is an experienced paid media expert with a proactive, analytical mindset, a strong grasp of platform-specific features, and an eagerness to explore and apply new technologies, including AI-powered solutions.

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads
Manage medium to large ad budgets, maximizing ROI through strategic allocation
Conduct detailed performance analysis and reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities
Implement and manage A/B testing strategies to improve conversion and engagement metrics
Stay updated on platform-specific best practices and apply learnings to current campaigns
Explore and apply AI tools and automation to improve performance and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategy with broader marketing goals
Deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence

5–6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads
Bonus experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Amazon Ads
Proven ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets and deliver measurable results
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and optimization techniques
Highly proficient in data interpretation, reporting, and campaign diagnostics
Experience designing and executing A/B tests and iterative improvements
Familiarity with Google Analytics, platform insights tools, and third-party reporting dashboards
Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills
Proactive, tech-curious, and eager to apply AI-driven solutions to campaign management
