Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, motivated Telemarketing Specialist/Virtual Assistant to support our outbound sales efforts.

The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients, introduce our services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

This is a long-term remote position for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable speaking with business professionals. The role focuses on outbound calling, prospect follow-up, and appointment setting using a CRM system.

The ideal candidate has experience with telemarketing, outbound sales calls, or appointment setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to potential business clients
• Introduce services and briefly explain the value offered
• Identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients
• Ask basic qualification questions regarding services and needs
• Schedule appointments or walkthrough meetings for the sales team
• Record call outcomes and notes inside the CRM system
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email when needed
• Maintain organized records of prospects and conversations
• Achieve daily call targets and appointment-setting goals
• Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach results

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (clear speaking and writing)
• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Professional phone presence and confident communication style
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Basic experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar preferred)

Compensation
