About This Job:
OptiMindHealth is a mental health and wellness counseling company. We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and clinical social workers committed to improving the psychological health and wellbeing of our patients. We are supported by a hard-working and devoted staff who help us in all aspects of practice operations. We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and highly driven telemarketer who can represent our company to current and potential clients and referral partners. This role blends high?volume outbound calling, virtual community outreach, and service promotion, all done from a remote environment.
This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in BPO, outbound calling, sales, appointment setting, practice liaison/healthcare B2B engagement, or executive recruitment who are looking to advance their career in a meaningful and mission?driven environment. We are seeking individuals with excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional, and confident speaking voice, who can represent our practice with warmth and credibility. A Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field is preferred and will help you excel in this role.
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. We invest in our team by providing comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the tools needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s services to prospective and established clients.
- Develop relationships to promote our services to referral sources.
- Engage and qualify prospects through insightful, sales-focused conversations.
- Maintain strong relationships with organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and other established referral sources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between the practice and the community by being a practice service line knowledge bearer.
- Maintain practice CRM, tracking contacts and incoming referral activity.
- Collaborate with our Management Team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in outbound sales efforts.
Salary and Work Setup:
The position is a permanent work from home arrangement, with additional details below.
1. Base Salary: 45,000 PHP Monthly
2. Commission-Based: No
3. Payment Method: Twice Per Month
4. Work Schedule: US Business Hours; Full-Time; 40 hours per week (No part-time)
