About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Telemarketer / Sales Representative to join our growing healthcare team. This role involves communicating with potential clients, building relationships, following up on leads, and helping connect people with healthcare services.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, has a positive attitude, and can represent our company professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
Follow up with inquiries and nurture relationships
Explain healthcare services clearly and professionally
Schedule appointments and manage customer interactions
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM
Work closely with the team to improve sales processes and client experience

Requirements
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or appointment setting
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear Australian or American-style English accent preferred
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
Experience using CRM systems and managing customer data
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
