The Role
As an SDR, you’ll own the top of the funnel. Your mission: create qualified appointments for our Account Executives (AEs). We provide the training, materials, and lists. You bring the drive and phone presence.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to a vetted, targeted list of 25,000+ businesses (provided by us).
Book qualified appointments directly on AE calendars.
Run multi-channel outreach (phone,
Record notes and activity in our ActiveCampaign CRM; keep the pipeline clean and current.
Collaborate with AEs on feedback loops, messaging, and ICP refinement.
What Success Looks Like
10+ kept appointments per month (minimum expectation).
Strong show rates and consistent weekly activity volume.
A healthy pipeline that supports each AE’s target of ~20 qualified opportunities/month.

Compensation
We offer a clear, performance-based structure with high earning potential.
Most SDRs who meet expectations earn approximately $X–$Y per month, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) reflecting consistent appointment volume and standard close rates.
Account Executives typically earn $A–$B per month OTE, with additional upside as their client base grows.
OTE Snapshot (illustrative, based on 10 kept appointments/month and a 20% close rate):
SDR: ~$1,000/month OTE
AE: ~$2,500/month OTE + ongoing monthly income tied to active clients

Requirements
1+ year in outbound SDR/BDR, telesales, or appointment setting (agency experience a plus).
Confident phone presence; resilient, coachable, and metrics-driven.
Comfortable with CRM hygiene and structured outreach.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience selling marketing services or SaaS to SMBs/mid-market.
Familiarity with ICP definition and list building.
