Workforce Connect is a staffing and workforce management company specializing in providing reliable housekeeping staff, cleaners, banquet staff, kitchen helpers, and other hospitality workers to hotels and facilities across Canada. We help hotels solve staffing shortages quickly and efficiently.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer / Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base by reaching out to hotels, property managers, and hospitality businesses. Your main responsibility will be generating qualified leads, identifying decision-makers, and setting appointments for our management team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Contact hotels, motels, resorts, and property management companies
* Introduce Workforce Connect staffing services
* Identify decision-makers such as General Managers, HR Managers, and Operations Managers
* Generate qualified leads and update CRM records
* Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team
* Follow up with warm leads and previous inquiries
* Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status
* Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, sales, or customer service preferred
* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
* Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for remote work
* Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
