Position Overview

A U.S.-based real estate investor is hiring a reliable and motivated Cold Caller to join our team. Your role will be to make outbound calls to homeowners in the United States to identify individuals who may be interested in selling their property.

Experience calling U.S. homeowners for real estate investors is highly preferred.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone, follows instructions well, and enjoys working in a performance-based environment.

We are looking for someone who is professional, consistent, and confident speaking with U.S. homeowners.

Job Details

Position: Real Estate Cold Caller / Telemarketer
Location: Remote (Philippines Only)
Schedule: 4 hours per day (20 hours per week)
Compensation: $400 USD per month
Pay Schedule: Monthly via Wise, PayPal, or other agreed payment method
Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Work hours will generally fall within U.S. daytime hours, but the exact schedule will be agreed upon with the employer.

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using a provided call list

Ask homeowners if they would consider selling their property

Follow a provided script while keeping conversations natural

Build quick rapport and maintain a friendly and professional tone

Identify homeowners who show interest in selling

Collect basic information about the property and seller

Record call results and notes in a CRM or call tracking sheet

Meet daily call targets

Provide lead updates to the investor regularly

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales

Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers

Confident, clear, and professional on the phone

Able to handle rejection and remain positive

Reliable and able to work independently

Organized and accurate when recording call notes

Experience with real estate cold calling is a strong advantage.

Technical Requirements

Applicants must have the following:

Quiet work-from-home setup

Laptop or desktop computer

Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps)

Backup internet connection (mobile hotspot recommended)

Quality headset with microphone

Ability to use basic tools such as Google Sheets, CRM systems, or dialers

Performance Expectations

You will be expected to:

Make consistent outbound calls during scheduled hours

Maintain a professional tone with all homeowners

Record accurate call notes and outcomes

Identify qualified leads and pass them to the investor

Training and scripts will be provided.
