What You’ll Do
* Engage with customers via phone,
* Educate prospective members on our weight loss and wellness solutions.
* Guide customers through the purchasing process with confidence and care.
* Follow up with leads and past customers to encourage continued engagement.
* Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent English (strong verbal and written skills, minimal accent).
* Experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, or wellness is highly valued.
* Motivated, personable, and skilled at building rapport quickly.
* Comfortable working remotely and communicating professionally via phone, chat, and
* Confident in handling objections and guiding customers to informed decisions.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
