TELECOM SPECIALIST – FULL-TIME (REMOTE)

We are a well-established, U.S.-based telecom company serving the global real estate market. We are looking for a telecom specialist to manage the full lifecycle of customer orders—from entry and processing through to fulfillment and delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end telecom order entry, processing, and fulfillment
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for timely order completion
- Communicate with U.S. telecom carriers and service providers
- Monitor order status and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain accurate records using order management and inventory systems
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and deadline standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 years of BPO experience handling U.S. telecom carriers/services
- Strong understanding of telecom technology and order systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Handles deadline pressure and fast-paced environments well
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
WORK-FROM-HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- Wired internet connection — minimum 100 Mbps
- Working laptop or desktop computer with router
- Quiet, dedicated, and professional workspace
COMPENSATION:
PHP 25,000 per month | Full-time
