We’re looking for a competitive, self-motivated Tele Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the New Zealand market. If you thrive on the thrill of the pitch, know how to handle cold calls, and excel at converting prospects into long-term clients, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do
Drive Revenue: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, cold calls, and lead generation to build a robust, high-converting pipeline.
Close Deals: Pitch products/services, craft tailored proposals, handle objections with ease, and close sales.
Own the Pipeline: Follow up relentlessly on leads and manage your sales cycle end-to-end.
Build Relationships: Identify customer needs, recommend the right solutions, and establish strong ongoing rapport.
Track Success: Maintain precise, real-time records of all prospects, calls, and conversions in our CRM.
What You Bring
Proven Track Record: 2+ years of outbound telesales experience, including cold calling and pipeline management.
Communication Mastery: Fluent, articulate English skills with strong persuasion, active listening, and negotiation tactics.
NZ Time Alignment: Mandatory availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM NZT.
Resilience & Grit: A high-energy, target-driven mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and standard sales productivity tech.
Bonus Points: Prior experience selling into the New Zealand or Australian markets.
