Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (New Zealand Market)

About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team, focusing on the New Zealand market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a natural sales ability, and a strong understanding of customer engagement over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls, including cold calling to potential customers
Generate leads and proactively build your own sales pipeline
Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
Proven experience in cold calling and pipeline generation
Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Mandatory: Availability to work in New Zealand time zone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM NZT)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international markets, especially New Zealand / Australia
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
