JOB OVERVIEW

Product Sales Specialist (Laptops, PC, Peripherals & Software) – Minimum 2hrs/day

Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Product Sales Specialist to manage and process incoming enquiries for our range of IT hardware and software solutions. You will be responsible for converting leads into sales by providing expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service.

This is a remote, part-time position requiring a minimum of 2 hours per day, with the potential for hours to increase based on performance and lead volume.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to enquiries regarding Laptops, PCs, and peripherals.
Provide technical guidance and sales support for software solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Cybersecurity packages.
Generate accurate quotes and follow up with prospects .
Maintain product knowledge across various brands and licensing models.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales or a Product Specialist role.
Expertise: Deep understanding of computer hardware specifications and software licensing (Microsoft, Cyber-security tools).
Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and high conversion rates.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
