Primary Purpose:
The Technology Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all technology platforms, hardware, software, and integrations critical to the firm’s operations. This role serves as the in-house IT support and technical project manager for systems such as ActionStep, Keap, Knackly, DocuSign, and the firm’s proprietary platforms:
System Administration & User Management
• Serve as administrator for firm platforms, including but not limited to: ActionStep, Keap/Infusionsoft, Knackly, DocuSign,
• Set up accounts and user permissions for new employees.
• Deactivate users and secure data access upon termination of employment.
• Maintain centralized password management system and ensure team compliance.
Platform Integration & Automation
• Maintain and troubleshoot Zapier integrations and custom workflows between all firm systems, including integrations with GeauxDocs, GeauxPlans, and GeauxCounsel.
• Improve automation for document workflows, client onboarding, marketing funnels, and internal notifications.
• Coordinate with the Drafting Coordinator on Knackly template improvements and automation enhancements.
• Support automation and data syncs across proprietary platforms and third-party systems.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech support for staff, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot system issues, login errors, sync failures, or file transfer problems across platforms.

• Coordinate with outside IT consultants for Tier 3 support or specialized technical needs.
Hardware & Equipment Management
• Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking equipment in all office locations.
• Manage inventory of technology assets and accessories (e.g., monitors, cables, tablets, mobile phones).
• Support remote setups and VPN configurations for virtual tea
Software Licensing & Vendor Coordination
• Track and renew software licenses and subscriptions.
• Evaluate new technology vendors or tools as needed and present findings to the Office Administrator.
• Serve as the liaison with third-party vendors for technology platforms, websites, and support services, including vendors supporting GeauxPlans, GeauxCounsel, and GeauxDocs.
Security & Compliance
• Monitor system security and ensure compliance with internal privacy protocols and applicable legal standards.
• Coordinate with the Office Administrator on cybersecurity training, risk management, and insurance compliance.
• Manage system backups and ensure regular updates of all software and firmware.
Onboarding, Offboarding, and Staff Training
• Prepare technology kits and conduct onboarding walkthroughs for new employees.
• Deactivate and secure all access credentials upon employee departure.
• Provide one-on-one or team-based training sessions for new software implementations or updates.
• Maintain internal training guides, FAQ documents, and recorded tutorials for system usage.
Project Implementation & Support
• Lead or support implementation of new technology platforms or major updates to GeauxDocs, GeauxPlans, or GeauxCounsel websites or features.
• Manage timelines, testing, and staff training for new system rollouts or feature launches.
• Ensure successful adoption across departments and track post-launch performance or issues.
Cross-Department Collaboration
• Partner with Marketing Coordinator on CRM integrations and campaign automation.
• Collaborate with Drafting Coordinator on Knackly logic and formatting.
• Work with Office Administrator on budgeting, vendor relations, and IT compliance.

Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain technology issue logs and resolution tracking for recurring problems.
