We are hiring a reliable and proactive Technician Recruiter / Field Service Recruiter to help us find and recruit independent technicians in the United States for home-service jobs.
Our company generates customer calls and booked appointments. We need someone who can continuously find qualified technicians who are willing to work with us on a revenue-share or per-job basis.
Technician Recruiting Model
We provide:
Customer leads
Booked appointments
Marketing
Scheduling
CRM
Dispatching
The technician handles:
Traveling to the customer
Diagnosis
Estimate
Repair or service
Customer payment
Job updates in the CRM
Technician compensation may be based on revenue share or per-job agreements.
The recruiter must be comfortable explaining this model professionally.

Required Skills
Strong spoken and written English
Confident phone communication
Recruitment or sourcing experience preferred
Sales or cold-calling experience preferred
Comfortable calling U.S. technicians and small business owners
Strong follow-up skills
Good research skills
Experience using
CRM or spreadsheet experience
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Persistent without being aggressive
Comfortable handling rejection
Fast learner
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Experience recruiting for HVAC, appliance repair, construction, trades, or U.S. home-service companies is a major advantage.
Work Schedule
Full-time preferred
U.S. Eastern Time availability required
Schedule can be discussed
Must be available during U.S. business hours for technician calls
Compensation
Fixed monthly salary depending on experience.
Suggested range:
$500–$800 USD per month
Performance bonuses may be available for successfully recruited and activated technicians.
Example bonus structure:
Base salary
Bonus when a technician completes onboarding
Additional bonus when the technician successfully completes their first paid job
The final compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
Performance Expectations
The recruiter should consistently build a pipeline.
Example weekly targets:
100–150 new technician prospects researched
50–80 technician outreach attempts
15–25 meaningful conversations
5–10 qualified technician interviews
2–5 technicians ready for owner review
Quality is more important than simply generating large lists.
