JOB OVERVIEW

Full-time | Remote | Competitive Salary

We are looking for a highly technical operator with a deep background in WordPress architecture and server infrastructure. You will own the servers that host our sites, ensure flawless technical SEO and site speed, and build the custom APIs that connect our web presence to our CRM (GoHighLevel).

This is a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable managing DNS and Node.js webhooks as they are building marketing automations.

Responsibilities
Server & IT Infrastructure (Core Priority): Own web hosting administration, DNS, SSL certificates, corporate email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), domain security, and proactive uptime monitoring.

WordPress & Web Architecture: Advanced management of WordPress/Elementor sites, focusing heavily on site speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO execution, and mobile responsiveness.

Development & Integrations: Build custom Node.js integrations, REST APIs, and Webhooks to seamlessly connect our web assets, payment gateways, and third-party tools.

Tracking & Data: Architect advanced tracking setups using Google Tag Manager (GTM), server-side conversion tracking, and marketing source attribution.

CRM & Automation Ops: Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-accounts, pipelines, and permissions across multiple locations. Utilize Make (Integromat) to route leads and automate complex workflows.

Requirements
Proven Server/IT Expertise: Deep experience managing DNS, web hosting environments, SSL, and email infrastructure (you know how to keep sites fast and emails out of spam folders).

Advanced WordPress/Elementor: You don't just build pages; you know how to optimize the backend, fix database issues, and execute technical SEO audits.

Development Skills: Hands-on experience writing Node.js scripts and managing REST APIs/Webhooks.

Marketing Tech: 2+ years of experience with GoHighLevel (or comparable CRM) and Make (Integromat).

Analytics: Strong grasp of GTM and conversion tracking.

Communication: Strong written and verbal English.
