JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

I am looking for an experienced Technical Virtual Assistant to support my growing digital marketing and AI automation business.

The role will begin with flexible hours as needed. For the right person, it has the potential to grow into a consistent, long-term part-time position as our client base expands.

We currently work primarily with Australian businesses and are preparing to expand into the US market.

This is not a basic data entry or general administration role. I need someone who is comfortable working inside GoHighLevel, websites, hosting accounts, cPanel, domains, and DNS settings.

AI is making it easier to operate and grow a business, but I still spend too much time troubleshooting technical issues, setting up client accounts, installing websites, and working through problems inside GHL.

I am looking for someone who can take ownership of these tasks, investigate problems, and complete work without needing detailed instructions every step of the way.

Main Responsibilities

Your tasks may include:

Setting up and managing GoHighLevel sub-accounts
Installing and configuring GHL websites, funnels, forms, calendars, and workflows
Troubleshooting problems inside GoHighLevel
Connecting domains and updating DNS records
Working with cPanel and website hosting accounts
Installing and migrating WordPress websites
Making basic WordPress and GHL website edits
Updating website text, images, links, forms, and page layouts
Connecting email services and checking domain authentication
Assisting with client onboarding and technical account setup
Testing websites, forms, automations, and integrations before launch
Documenting completed work and communicating progress clearly
Required Experience

You must have:

Intermediate or higher GoHighLevel experience
Experience working with cPanel, hosting accounts, domains, and DNS
Experience installing and editing WordPress websites
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Clear written English
Reliable and regular communication
The ability to work independently
The confidence to research and solve problems before asking for help
A reliable computer and internet connection

You do not need to know everything. However, you must be comfortable learning new systems and working through technical problems.

Working Hours

The role will begin with flexible hours based on current client work.

You will need some availability during Australian business hours for communication and occasional priority tasks.

As the business grows, the position may develop into a regular part-time, long-term role.
