JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable, highly analytical Technical Virtual Assistant to work closely with me on a daily basis. You will help me streamline my workflow by taking over routine administrative tasks, while also collaborating on specific technical automation projects.

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

Standard Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET/CEST (approx. 3:00 PM/4:00 PM to 12:00 AM/1:00 AM PHT).

Onboarding Phase: During the first few weeks, as we get to know each other and align our workflows, the daily hours might be lower.

Peak Days: Occasionally, depending on project deadlines, you may be required to work an additional 1-2 hours.

Long-term Outlook: As we build a solid working relationship and mutual trust, you will be granted more autonomy with the goal of collaborating on the full automation of routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle routine administrative and data-entry tasks efficiently.

Assist in structuring, developing, and deploying specific automation projects.

Manage, clean, and organize sensitive company data (absolute discretion is required).

Use AI tools to accelerate daily operations and research.

Required Qualifications:

Education: A degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) is strictly required.

Software Proficiency: Excellent command of Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).

Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge and comfortable daily use of AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

Trust & Reliability: You will handle sensitive business data. You must be willing to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

Tools: You must use time-tracking software to log your hours.

Bonus Points:

Any programming, scripting, or coding experience is a massive advantage and will put your application at the top of the list!

Compensation:

$4 to $5 per hour (paid for hours tracked).

Weekly payments.
