JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a smart, highly motivated, honest, resourceful Technical VA / Web & APP Launch / Operations Specialist to help us finish and launch two digital businesses that are already substantially built, plus business support.

This is NOT an administrative VA position. We need a hands-on problem solver who is hungry to learn and is comfortable working with inside application, websites, software, payment systems, integrations, QA, and online business operations.

Our immediate objective is simple: take two projects that are close to completion and get them live, professionally QA, organized, fully tested,.and working end-to-end.

PROJECT 1 – Real Estate /financing service Business (no cold call)

The website and business infrastructure are substantially developed. You will help complete the remaining implementation and prepare everything for production launch.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete remaining website/s changes and content implementation
• QA and Verify every page, CTA, link, form and user flow
• Mobile/tablet/desktop QA
• Form and email notification testing
• Domain, DNS, SSL and production setup when needed
• Basic technical/on-page SEO
• Google Analytics / Search Console setup and validation
• Website speed and performance checks
• Cross-browser QA
• Troubleshoot and resolve launch issues
• Help take the website from “almost finished” to professionally LIVE

PROJECT 2 – Subscription-Based Real Estate Software / Deals drop Product

The core software is already substantially built. We need help completing the commercial infrastructure and getting the product ready for paying customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Production-readiness QA
• Identify and resolve launch blockers
• Complete website/landing and pricing experience
• Implement/test recurring subscription payments
• Full payments + Stripe checkout and/or subscription integration
• Customer signup and payment flow
• Subscription management and cancellation
• Payment confirmation and transactional emails
• Customer access after purchase
• Test successful and failed payment scenarios
• Analytics/tracking
• Mobile/browser QA
• Help launch the product into production

WHAT WE NEED

You should be comfortable with:

• Website development and implementation
• HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript
• WordPress/CMS and modern website builders
• Stripe and recurring subscription payments
• Domains, DNS, hosting and SSL
• Forms, integrations, APIs/webhooks
• Google Analytics and Search Console
• Mobile/responsive QA
• Troubleshooting technical problems
• AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude for research, development and problem solving

We are specifically looking for a finisher and problem solver.

If you encounter something you don't know how to do, your first reaction should be to research it, investigate the problem, test possible solutions and come back with a recommendation — not simply say, “I don't know how to do this.”
