JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly technical individual with a strong passion for gaming, system building, and process optimization. If you love gaming, analyzing mechanics, building systems, and keeping infrastructure running smoothly and stably, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Technical & Coding Basics: Possess basic coding/programming knowledge to tweak scripts, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and understand workflows.
• AI Tool Integration: Heavy daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools) to speed up tasks, solve complex problems, and build efficient workflows.
• System & Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain internal systems/tools to ensure everything runs smoothly and without downtime.
• Gamer Mindset: A strong background in gaming is essential: we value critical thinking, attention to detail, logic, fast problem-solving, and the drive to optimize systems
• Occasional Calls: Handle occasional technical or sync calls as needed to coordinate project updates and system requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience or background in gaming with a critical, analytical mindset.
• Basic coding/programming skills and strong technical literacy.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools for daily productivity.
• Experience building, managing, or maintaining stable workflows and tech systems.
• Good verbal English communication skills for handling occasional calls
