We're building a TradingView indicator platform competing in the space of services like LuxAlgo. We need a sharp L2 support specialist who genuinely understands trading — not someone learning on the job.
This is a role for L2 customer support meaning you will not be handling basic support tickets. You will be handling escalated tickets and
Requirements:
- C2 English — written communication must be polished and precise
- Familiarity with LuxAlgo or similar premium indicator suites
- Experience moderating a trading community (
- Experience as a technical/L2 support for a SaaS or fintech product
- Hands-on TradingView experience — indicators, alerts, Pine Script basics
- Solid grasp of technical analysis: candlesticks, chart patterns, RSI, MACD, moving averages, etc.
- Active experience in crypto, stocks, or forex trading
This position requires a commitment of 2-6 hours per day, 7 days a week.
