Cultivera is an enterprise software company exclusively serving the cannabis industry. We provide enterprise software-as-a-service to some of the largest operations in the country. Cultivera was founded in Washington state, where we now account for a 60% market share of growers and processors by sales volume. We've processed $2 billion worth of orders through our Cultivera Pro product, and are continuing to grow our presence in other states.
We are looking for talented candidates to join our support team to help us scale. The position is entirely remote - will work a 5 day on, 2 day off schedule that will mostly fall in normal business hours. Must have high speed, reliable internet at home and a reliable cell phone. New employees will be subject to a 90-day probationary period.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Enterprise SAAS software (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, etc)
- Project Management/ticketing software (
- Microsoft SQL Server / Excel
- Software troubleshooting
- Phone support
- Client relationship management
- Remote work / self-sufficient / works well with autonomy
The initial responsibilities of this position will be:
- Become a Cultivera product expert (Pro, POS, Market products)
- Learn support SOP's and internal project management / ticketing system
- Receive and document incoming support inquiries via phone/email
- Handle level 1 support tasks
- Escalate more complicated tasks
- Keep project management/ticketing system current and accurate
- Provide industry-leading customer service
