# Hiring: Technical Support Specialist (SaaS Platform)

**Job Type:** Part-Time | Remote
**Schedule:** Must be available during U.S. Central Time hours

We are a growing technology company seeking a reliable, tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to assist with our web-based software platform.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist users with account setup and basic troubleshooting.
- Respond to technical support inquiries professionally.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs.
- Test platform features and report issues.
- Create simple user guides and tutorials.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to management.
- Help improve the overall user experience.

**Requirements:**
- Experience providing technical support for web-based software.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Reliable internet connection.

**Preferred:** Experience with software testing, bug tracking, and customer support tools.
