JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is an Australian based distributor of construction related products with 20 years experience. We supply to home owners, builders and other trade professionals throughout Australia.

We currently have a vacancy for another Technical Sales Representative to join our Philippines based virtual team.

Your primary responsibility & duties will include:-
Reaching out to suitable businesses to uncover sales opportunities for our products, by phone and email.

Answering inbound phone calls / emails / chat messages and providing product information or sales quotes, and logging information into our CRM software.

Following up on previous quotes or information sent to customers to make a sale.

Skills required:
You will need to have very good English speaking and writing skills, as well as a pleasant clear phone manner.

An understanding of, or ability to quickly learn about construction products like insulation, pipe lagging, soundproofing etc.

The ability to calculate the area of a space and use basic mathematics is essential

Sales skills and the ability to close a deal.

An acute attention to details.

Previous experience in an insulation, soundproofing or construction customer service or sales position will be highly regarded

You MUST have:
An excellent (40 MBPS minimum) internet connection, good computer and good quality head set. ( a back up power supply if you live in power blackout areas)
Ability to use excel spreadsheets, CRM software, phone software etc
Ability to follow instructions clearly.

Work Hours:
8 hours per day, 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Very early Am starts will necessary due to time zone differences.

Remuneration will be a base of 35,000PHP monthly with commissions of up to 65,000PHP based on sales achieved.

Having good verbal and written English skills is essential. You will be required to attend a virtual interview via Google Meet

Training will be provided virtually also.
