We’re hiring a Technical Sales Specialist to handle inbound and outbound sales for LogicOil, ST Robotics, and Qirk—three emerging industrial and technology-focused companies preparing for global expansion.

You’ll be supporting three startups within Science Squad, a private equity venture builder:
???? LogicOil
Specializes in lubrication technologies, fluid monitoring and reliability products.
???? ST Robotics
Builds robotics systems and automation solutions designed for small–medium enterprises and research labs.
???? Qirk
A new technology-led venture providing innovative industrial and digital solutions (details provided during onboarding).
You’ll have direct access to the CEOs for product training and insights, and be part of scaling these businesses globally.
???? Job Description
You will manage end-to-end sales processes—responding to inbound leads, nurturing prospects, qualifying opportunities, and developing outbound sales activities.
This is a revenue-focused role where great communication and follow-through matters.
???? Key Responsibilities
Your core tasks will include:
Respond to inbound sales inquiries across
Perform outbound prospecting and follow-up to build and grow the pipeline
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
Maintain CRM records, sales notes, and follow-up tasks
Coordinate with CEOs for advanced technical details
Provide weekly reports on sales performance, leads, and activities
???? Required Technical Skills & Experience
You should have at least 1–2 years experience in:
Sales Management
Account Acquisition & Lead Generation
Sales Support / Customer Communication
CRM tools
Strong written and verbal English communication
? Soft Skills (What We Value Most)
Fast learner (technical training is self-taught with guidance)
Self-starter and proactive communicator
High attention to detail
Able to follow processes but willing to improve them
Comfortable speaking to international clients

Technical training materials will be provided, including:
Access to the CEOs of all three companies for product/technical guidance
Access to internal documents, product catalogs, and process guides
Continuous on-the-job support
No robotics or engineering background needed—only willingness to learn.
? Work Schedule
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Flexible schedule with some overlap required for coordination with the CEOs (AU timezone)

$1,000 USD per month
Long-term, stable position
Performance bonuses available after probation
