We are looking for a Sales Associate who thrives at the intersection of hospitality and technology. You won't just be "selling"; you will be a consultant for hosts, helping them navigate the technical landscape of channel management, API integrations, and direct-booking strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Needs Analysis: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls with hosts to understand their current workflow, tools being used, pain points (e.g., double bookings, high commission fees), and growth goals in order to identify which Plan works best for each host.
Product Demonstrations: Lead engaging, technical walk-throughs of our platform and 6-minute onboarding flow. You must be able to explain how calendars sync across Airbnb and other channels, how Google Vacation Rentals visibility drives traffic.
Sales Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with high-potential STR owners and property managers brought in through our Marketing funnels..
Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a bridge between the customer and our product team during onboarding, explaining technical features and ensuring the user understands the "how-to" of our direct-booking tools.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to account setup and onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable discussing the technology you will be trained on. This may include API connections, iCal synchronization, and web domain basics. You can learn software quickly and explain complex features in simple, relatable, plain-English terms.
Communication Excellence: You possess a clear, neutral professional accent and a high command of the English language. This is critical as you will be communicating with a diverse, global audience of property owners.
Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally within PropTech, Travel, or Hospitality.
Consultative Approach: You are a listener first. You exude confidence and excel at asking the right questions to uncover a lead's true needs.
Self-Starter Mentality: You are comfortable with "the hunt." You have the discipline to manage your own outreach schedule and hit activity targets.
Technical: Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot a plus) and GSuite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Short-Term Rental industry (as a host or in a similar software role).
Understanding of SEO, with a focus on creating websites.
Bonus for being an STR owner or manager.
