Senior Technical SEO Specialist

## About Us

Click Typhoon is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local SEO, and website optimization. We manage SEO campaigns across a wide range of industries and are looking for an elite Technical SEO Specialist to become our go-to expert for solving complex technical SEO issues across our client portfolio.

This is **not** a content SEO or link-building position. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes technical SEO.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving technical SEO issues across dozens of client websites.

Responsibilities include:

* Complete technical SEO audits
* Diagnosing and removing/resolving malware related issues
* Website speed optimization (90+ desktop and 80+ mobile)
* On-page optimization (meta description, SEO page title optimization)
* Keyword Research
* Diagnose and resolve crawling and indexing issues
* Improve Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed performance
* Optimize website architecture and internal linking
* Fix duplicate content and canonicalization issues
* Optimize robots.txt and XML sitemaps
* Resolve redirect chains, loops, and broken links
* Identify orphan pages
* Improve crawl budget efficiency
* Implement structured data ( ---------- )
* Fix JavaScript SEO issues
* Optimize rendering and server-side indexing
* Audit and resolve mobile usability issues
* Fix pagination and faceted navigation problems
* Implement hreflang for multilingual websites
* Optimize URL structures
* Identify and fix thin content and index bloat
* Resolve HTTP status code errors
* Improve website security issues affecting SEO
* Work with developers to implement technical recommendations
* Validate fixes using Google Search Console and crawling tools
* Monitor websites after deployment to ensure issues remain resolved

We are looking for someone who has:

* 5+ years of dedicated Technical SEO experience
* Experience managing technical SEO for agencies with multiple clients
* Strong understanding of Google's crawling and indexing systems
* Extensive experience recovering websites from technical SEO issues
* Proven success improving organic performance through technical optimization
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
* Ability to prioritize issues based on SEO impact
* Experience working alongside developers

## How We Work

You'll receive websites that have already been audited or require a full technical review. Your responsibility is to identify every issue, prioritize fixes, implement or coordinate implementation, and verify that everything has been resolved correctly.

We're looking for someone who can become our long-term technical SEO expert and help maintain exceptional technical health across all of our client websites.
