We are looking for an experienced recruiter who will help us source, coordinate, and screen candidates.
Minimal Qualifications:
- Have recruited for American technology companies in the past, in a full-time and in-house capacity. (Sorry, no agency recruiter experience accepted.) This means that you were directly responsible for candidate experience, from first point of contact to signing offer.
- Able to quickly establish trust and rapport with candidates of highest calibre. Maintain trusted and working relationship with candidate throughout.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable on Zoom calls and communicate like a native speaker.
- Highly organized and diligent in following up on action items.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby
- Currently working American hours (PST preferred, EST accepted.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some technical background and comfortable running technical screening questions (example would be "explain to me how Redis work")
- General knowledge of US immigration system, in the context of recruiting
