We are hiring for the following positions:

Technical Recruiter

What We Offer:
Position: Full-time
Work Setup: Permanent remote – work from anywhere in the world!
Shift: 7AM - 4PM (MNL time) – Start your day with energy!
Equipment: Self-provided – Bring your tech, and we’ll bring the opportunity!
Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 40,000 depending on experience. + bonuses

- You will be expected to document each stage clearly and maintain tidy, up-to-date records.
1) Role Understanding & Intake Support
- Review and clarify the client brief to ensure full understanding of the role requirements.
- Ask follow-up questions to confirm must-haves, nice-to-haves, and screening priorities.
- Ensure the role is accurately set up in the project file and CRM.

2) Job Advertising & Candidate Attraction
- Draft and/or post job advertisements based on the role brief.
- Publish roles through required channels (LinkedIn and Seek).
- Use LinkedIn to identify and approach suitable candidates (direct outreach).

3) Candidate Sourcing & Screening (High-Touch)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn profiles and job applications.
- Conduct initial screening calls and ask structured follow-up questions.
- Maintain professional candidate communication throughout the process (email, LinkedIn messaging, calls).
- Collect resumes and ensure documents are complete and formatted appropriately.

4) Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
- Arrange and coordinate the recruitment flow:
- Face-to-face interview (coordination/support)
- Resume collection and documentation
- Interview scheduling for the client (client-side interviewer)
- Keep candidates informed of timelines, next steps, and requirements.

5) Reporting, Reference Checks & Recommendations
- Prepare a written candidate report summarising:
- Candidate background and relevant experience
- Motivation and communication quality
- Key strengths/concerns
- Salary expectations/notice period (if applicable)
- Overall fit against role requirements
- Conduct reference checks and compile results clearly for the client/stakeholders.

6) Administration & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate notes and status updates in the CRM.
- Ensure project files are updated and recruitment records are complete.
- Track pipeline stages and provide updates as required.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in technical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end recruitment, not only sourcing.
- Ability to quickly understand role requirements and assess candidate fit.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken), critical due to direct candidate calling.
- Confident phone manner and ability to conduct structured screening interviews.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills (candidate write-ups and reference checks).
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (Seek experience strongly preferred).
- Highly organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple roles.
