JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA & E-Commerce Implementation Specialist to manage web testing, configuration, and execution for high-growth Shopify brands on our AI-powered personalization and optimization platform.

This is an execution-focused internal technical role responsible for validating complex user flows, inspecting front-end code, and QAing live A/B testing campaigns. You will work directly within our product and codebase—no client-facing support, calls, or live chats required.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Campaign Testing: Lead end-to-end functional, visual, cross-browser, responsive, and edge-case testing for custom e-commerce experiences and A/B test variations across mobile and desktop.

Platform Implementation & Setup: Directly configure merchant experiences, dynamic logic, and store parameters within our platform following strict technical specs.

Technical Bug Documentation: Identify, isolate, and document technical defects with structured reproduction steps, network/console logs, and visual evidence.

Front-End Troubleshooting & Dev Support: Perform targeted HTML/CSS adjustments via browser developer tools, isolate DOM/styling conflicts, and partner with engineering to validate code fixes before deployment.

Required Qualifications:

Commercial Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in web QA, e-commerce site management, or front-end technical support (demonstrable working knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem is required).

Technical Proficiency: Solid HTML/CSS skills with practical experience using Chrome DevTools to inspect DOM elements, debug layout shifts, and test CSS overrides.

Workflow & Issue Tracking: Functional knowledge of issue-tracking and workflow platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, or Trello).

Technical Communication: Excellent written English with a track record of writing precise, unambiguous bug reports and technical steps to reproduce issues.

Preferred Experience:

Working knowledge of JavaScript.

Practical exposure to A/B testing platforms, CRO methodologies, or e-commerce personalization engines.

How to Apply:

Submit your application with the exact subject line: QA

Include the following in the body of your email:

Resume Link: A view-accessible link to your resume (via Google Drive or Dropbox).

Technical Summary: A concise 2–3 sentence overview highlighting your past commercial experience with Shopify store architecture, web QA workflows, and front-end debugging.

Please note: Applications that do not follow these submission instructions, fail to use the exact subject line, or provide inaccessible links will not be reviewed.
