JOB OVERVIEW

We're focused on automation!

Looking for a highly organized, proactive, and technically capable Technical Project Manager to help lead projects across software, systems, and operations. This person will act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution, keeping projects moving while also understanding the code, technical constraints, and implementation details well enough to communicate effectively with developers and spot issues early.

This is not a purely administrative PM role. We want someone who can manage timelines, priorities, and people, while also being comfortable reading code, discussing architecture, troubleshooting technical blockers, and occasionally helping with light hands-on technical work when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own project planning, execution, and delivery across technical initiatives
• Create clear timelines, priorities, milestones, and accountability across teams
• Coordinate developers, designers, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to keep projects on track
• Translate business needs into organized technical requirements and actionable tasks
• Run project meetings, status updates, sprint planning, and follow-ups
• Identify blockers, risks, scope creep, and dependency issues early
• Read and understand code enough to communicate effectively with developers and validate progress
• Help review technical implementations for alignment with business goals
• Support QA, testing, launch coordination, and post-launch follow-through
• Improve internal systems, workflows, documentation, and project management processes
• Help ensure technical work is completed accurately, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand software development workflows
• Coding experience in at least one language such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, SQL, or similar
• Ability to read code, follow technical conversations, and work closely with developers
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating in fast-moving environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, databases, and web applications
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and developer workflows
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or similar project management frameworks
• Experience with QA processes, bug tracking, and technical documentation
• Ability to assist with light technical troubleshooting or implementation when needed

9:00am - 6:00 PM PST (Los Angeles time) Monday - Friday
