About Us
Breeze IT is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) specializing in IT support, security, and technology solutions for small businesses. We’re looking for a highly organized and technically fluent Project Manager to join our team remotely. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client expectations and internal standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation through completion (onboarding, migrations, infrastructure upgrades, security deployments, etc.)
* Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and clients
* Act as the primary point of contact for project communication and status updates
* Coordinate resources across engineering, procurement, and support teams
* Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers
* Ensure accurate documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews
* Manage project budgets, including tracking labor, materials, and overall profitability
* Maintain alignment between project execution and contracted scope (SOWs)
* Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings (kickoffs, status calls, closeouts)
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in an MSP, IT services, or technology environment
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure), networking, and security concepts
* Experience coordinating technical teams and translating technical requirements into actionable plans
* Familiarity with PSA tools such as AutoTask (preferred)
* Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (preferred but not required)
* Experience with MSP project types (client onboarding, RMM deployments, firewall/network rollouts, etc.)
* Familiarity with procurement and vendor coordination
* Experience with documentation and process standardization
* Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
Work Details
* Remote, contract-to-hire opportunity
* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Flexible schedule, but availability during U.S. business hours is required
Compensation
$1,000–$1,400 per month, depending on experience
