DOSS is a fast-growing ERP startup based in San Francisco, California, on a mission to solve real-world global supply chain problems and to help businesses streamline operations through a modern, cloud-native platform. DOSS closed its series A funding earlier this year and is gaining fast ---------- ntum in disrupting the ERP space.

We are a US-based ERP and workflow platform helping businesses modernize operations — from inventory and order management to production, fulfillment, and financials. We integrate with tools like Shopify, 3PLs, and accounting systems to orchestrate real-world operations.

We are growing fast and this is a great opportunity to join a rocket ship startup disrupting the ERP space. We are growing our team in the Philippines to partner closely with our US team to lead new customer product implementation from discovery to design to building to testing.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager of Core Operations to build, lead, and scale our operations hub in the Philippines. This is a highly impactful as we look to 2-3X our team in the Philippines and ideal for someone looking to build processes, tools and organization/people.

In this role, you will design and improve our operational systems, build a best-in-class support model, drive workflow automation, and manage a high-performing team that partners closely with our US and Philippine leadership.

This is a high-impact technical + operational leadership role. You will blend program management with systems thinking — designing workflows, building automations, structuring operational processes, and ensuring our implementation and support teams run with clarity and predictability.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations & Workflow Design

- Map and optimize complex operational workflows across support and implementations.
- Identify bottlenecks and create scalable processes, SOPs, and standards.
- Introduce tooling and workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, internal tools).
- Build dashboards and operational metrics for visibility and decision making.

Support Model & Delivery Excellence

- Support Model Design & Optimization
- Build and refine a tiered support structure with clear roles, SLAs, escalation workflows, and resolution paths.
- Develop internal playbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and quality standards.
- Implement operational KPIs and dashboards (backlog health, response time, quality, CSAT) and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure systemic issues are identified and resolved.

Program Leadership

- Establish rituals and governance for intake, prioritization, communication, and cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure consistent delivery quality and predictable execution across the ops organization.
- Partner with U.S. leadership to improve process efficiency, customer experience, and team performance.

People Management & Team Scaling

- Manage and coach a team of analysts and operations specialists.
- Create training programs, skill matrices, onboarding plans, and progression pathways.
- Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and high operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar fields.
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in Metro Manila.
- 8+ years in Technical Operations, Technical Program Management or similar.
- High ownership mindset - we are a rocket ship startup and need highly driven builders!
- Strong understanding of process design, workflow logic, SLAs, and operational governance.
- Experience with setting up best in class operations and support hub to support US teams
- Experience with support ticketing (Jira, Pylon etc.) and workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
- Ability to interpret structured data (JSON, API payloads) and troubleshoot data/workflow issues.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision making.
- Experience driving work of teams that are 30+ in size through direct and indirect reporting, with strong coaching and development skills
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working closely with U.S.-based leadership.
- Prior success in fast-paced, scaling environments.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM, or workflow-heavy systems.
- Background in e-commerce, logistics, CPG, or manufacturing.
- Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications.
- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
