Technical Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Hours: 9:00am - 1:00pm (UK Time)
(Flexibility potentially available following successful onboarding)
**Overview
We are hiring a Technical Marketing Assistant to support a growing marketing agency, working alongside the founder and an existing Marketing Assistant.
This role focuses on the technical implementation of marketing systems (not strategy or creative). You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and troubleshooting marketing tools, automations, and websites.
**Key Responsibilities
*Marketing Tech & Automation
Set up and manage
Build:
-Automations and workflows
-Troubleshoot platform issues and optimise systems
*Website & Technical Support
Update and manage WordPress websites (Elementor)
Upload content, edit pages, and make basic changes
Handle light technical issues and integrations
Provide clear instructions to clients when needed
*General Tech Support
Troubleshoot client issues across platforms
Solve practical problems quickly and efficiently
Support with integrations and system errors
*Admin Support (Secondary)
Diary and inbox management
General admin tasks when required
**Required Skills
MailerLite
Zoho
Zapier
WordPress + Elementor
Asana
Google Workspace
**Working knowledge of:
Keap, AWeber, CloudCampaign, Google Analytics, Google My Business, basic SEO
**Nice to Have
Meta Business Suite (backend) experience
Experience supporting multiple clients or agencies
**Ideal Candidate

Analytical and technically minded
Able to work independently on project-based tasks
Clear communicator who can explain solutions simply
Practical problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset
