JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Technical Klaviyo Specialist (Flow Architecture & Deliverability) - Part-Time
Salary: $600 USD / Month
Status: Part-Time (20 Hours per week)
Shift: Flexible hours (Must have at least 2 hours overlap with US Central Time for weekly syncs)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a data-driven, highly technical Klaviyo Specialist in the Philippines to build, optimize, and manage our e-commerce email and SMS marketing infrastructure.

Important Note on This Role: We already have a dedicated Graphic Designer who handles all high-fidelity visual assets, layouts, and branding templates. Your core responsibility is NOT creative design. You will be responsible for the technical logic, event tracking, flow architecture, segmentation, and deliverability performance.

For the messaging, you will write out the basic purpose, objective, and a baseline text framework for each email block, which our internal team will then refine to perfect our brand voice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Flow Architecture: Design and configure core lifecycle flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Checkout splits, Browse Abandonment, Customer Win-Back, Post-Purchase) with advanced conditional logic based on purchase history or cart value.

2. Data Pipelines: Troubleshoot and monitor storefront event tracking triggers (e-commerce webhooks and tracking snippets) to ensure seamless data flow.

3. Deliverability & Compliance: Manage dedicated sending domains, verify DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), monitor Google Postmaster metrics, and maintain a spam complaint rate below 0.1%

4. List Hygiene: Build automated sunset flows to dynamically suppress unengaged profiles, keeping our sender reputation pristine and software costs optimized.

5. A/B Optimization: Run structured tests on subject lines, time delays, and conditional logic to continuously optimize Revenue-Per-Recipient (RPR).

6. Dynamic Customization: Set up dynamic coupon codes and utilize foundational liquid code for deep personalization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Certified Expert: Active, verifiable official Klaviyo Product Certification or Klaviyo Deliverability Certification.

2. Technical Portfolio: Ability to share live screenshots or a Loom video walkthrough of complex conditional flow branches you have built from scratch.

3. E-Commerce Mastery: Clear understanding of custo ---------- trics, webhooks, and tracking snippets.

4. Strong Foundation: Excellent English text proficiency to draft the structural purpose and clear basic content for our copy team.

5. Analytical Mindset: You focus purely on performance metrics (Revenue-Per-Recipient, Placed Order Rates) rather than vanity metrics.
