JOB OVERVIEW

We run a portfolio of fast-scaling ecommerce (DTC) brands doing 7–8 figures a month. We're hiring a sharp, TECHNICAL operator who already knows the game and can run the day-to-day across our systems — someone who moves things forward without being hand-held.

This is NOT an entry-level, data-entry VA role. You'll be inside the tools that keep real brands running.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Shopify store operations — products, variants, collections, inventory, orders, basic theme & landing-page edits
• Order fulfillment & supplier coordination — processing orders, tracking, dropshipping/3PL, requesting samples & quotes from suppliers
• Customer service in Gorgias — tickets, macros, WhatsApp & email, refunds, returns, exchanges, workflows
• Payments & disputes — handling refunds and chargebacks/disputes (Stripe / PayPal)
• Meta Ads Manager — navigating, launching, duplicating, day-to-day campaign management
• Product research — finding winning products, competitor & market research
• AI tools — fluent DAILY use of Claude & ChatGPT to work faster and build automations
• All the technical "get-it-done" work across sheets, trackers and internal systems

ECOMMERCE KNOW-HOW YOU MUST HAVE
• Deep, hands-on Shopify fluency (not "I watched a tutorial")
• You understand the core metrics — ROAS, CPA, AOV, break-even — and can read whether something is actually working
• Meta Pixel / conversion tracking basics
• Landing-page / product-page building (GemPages, Replo, PageFly, Zipify or similar)
• Real customer-service judgment in an ecommerce context (WISMO, refunds, order issues)
• Comfort with suppliers and sourcing communication

BIG PLUS
• Email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo) — flows & campaigns
• Reviews & UGC apps (Loox, ---------- , Yotpo)
• Experience with creative testing / ad-library research tools

• Real, hands-on experience working with ecommerce / DTC brands — not theory
• Proven comfort in Shopify, Gorgias and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong English and a same-day response habit
