JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our client integration projects.

You'll be as comfortable reviewing an technical specifications as you are presenting a project status to a steering committee. You'll run the sprints, manage the risks, keep the client informed, and make sure the team has everything they need to deliver great work.

You'll take full ownership of project outcomes - scope, timeline, budget, quality. When things go sideways (and they will), you'll be the one who stays calm, works the problem, and gets things back on track.

What You'll Do

- Run projects end-to-end: from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, across systems integration engagements (primarily MuleSoft)
- Lead Agile delivery: facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Own the client relationship: deliver status reports, present to steering committees, and manage expectations proactively
- Get into the technical details: review designs, understand integration architecture, and have credible conversations with both developers and client technical leads
- Manage risk: maintain RAID logs, surface issues early, and always come with a recommendation
- Plan capacity: forecast resourcing across projects and coordinate with leadership on team allocation
- Remove blockers: shield the delivery team from noise and make sure they can focus on building

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years delivering IT projects in a consulting or professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree (engineering background a plus)
- Solid understanding of systems integration patterns — APIs, messaging, ETL, event-driven architecture
- Scrum certification or demonstrable Agile delivery experience
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-suite and steering committees
