JOB OVERVIEW

We're a Canadian company building growth systems for small businesses: websites, CRMs, AI receptionists, automations and integrations. Most of it runs on GoHighLevel, and the parts that don't we build ourselves in code.

This is NOT a VA role. You'll build in GoHighLevel AND write real code, and you'll use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a multiplier every day. You'll work directly with the founder, who will guide and test your work. If you can build fast with AI assistance and still understand exactly what the code does, this is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set up and automate GoHighLevel sub-accounts from our SOPs (funnels, workflows, calendars, missed-call text back, Google Business Profile)
- Build and deploy small web apps, serverless functions, integrations and scripts (JavaScript/Node and/or Python)
- Connect systems through APIs and webhooks
- Use Claude Code or similar to move fast, then test, debug and document what you shipped

YOU NEED
- 1+ year hands-on GoHighLevel (sub-accounts, workflows, funnels)
- Real coding ability: you can read, write and debug JavaScript and/or Python, not just prompt for it
- You use AI coding tools daily and can show something you built with them
- Git, and deploying to Netlify, Vercel or similar (serverless functions a plus)
- You test your own work before calling it done, and you follow direction
- Strong written English

HOW TO APPLY
Start your message with the word VECTOR, then a link to something you built with AI assistance (repo or live URL) and two sentences on how you use Claude Code or your AI tool of choice. Shortlisted applicants get a paid test task ($75). Long term, 30 to 40 hours a week.
