We are looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented Technical Admin to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
This is a behind-the-scenes technical role focused on setting up, configuring, and connecting the tools and platforms that power our clients' WordPress websites. If you love diving into integrations, troubleshooting broken connections, and making sure everything works seamlessly — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Automation & Integrations
- Set up and configure Zapier accounts and build Zaps to automate workflows between platforms
- Connect and authorize third-party tools, APIs, and services
CRM & Platform Configuration
- Configure accounts and settings within GoHighLevel (GHL) and similar platforms
- Set up pipelines, automations, and account-level settings for clients
WordPress Technical Setup
- Connect, activate, and authorize WordPress plugin licenses
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, configuration issues, and integration errors
- Ensure WordPress sites are properly set up and fully functional before going live
Analytics & Search Tools
- Configure Google Search Console for client websites
- Set up and connect Google Analytics accounts and verify tracking is working correctly
General Technical Admin
- Perform all technical administrative tasks required to get client websites configured and live
- Identify when something isn't connected correctly, diagnose the issue, and resolve it
- Document processes and configurations for team reference
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude — you must be able to figure things out, not just follow instructions
- Proven experience with Zapier, WordPress, and Google tools (Search Console, Analytics)
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/marketing platforms is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with plugin licenses, API keys, and third-party integrations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills — you can identify what's broken and fix it
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to ask the right questions when stuck
Benefits & Growth
- Remote, flexible work environment
- Part-time to start (~20 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time
- Hands-on experience with cutting-edge automation and WordPress workflows
- Opportunity to grow with an expanding team
