JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Technical AI Operations Assistant to support multiple fast-moving projects across AI, project management, operations, sales support, and business execution.

This is not a traditional virtual assistant role.

We need someone who can think independently, move quickly, stay organized, and help drive execution across a variety of business and technical workstreams with minimal hand-holding.

The work changes daily. One day may involve updating presentations or documentation. Another may involve organizing project tasks, researching information, updating trackers, supporting demos, or helping manage operational workflows.

Responsibilities

* Update and organize documents, trackers, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Convert rough notes into structured deliverables
* Maintain follow-ups, action items, and project updates
* Use AI tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT to accelerate research, writing, summaries, and execution
* Support multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
* Search for and gather information independently
* Help manage priorities, deadlines, and outstanding tasks
* Create presentations, summaries, workflows, and operational materials
* Assist with sales support, demos, project coordination, and general execution support

Work Structure

* Part-time role (approximately 20–24 hours/week to start)
* Typically no more than 4–5 hours/day initially
* Expected to grow over time based on performance and project needs
* Must be comfortable working during or overlapping with U.S. Central Time hours
