JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on builder who loves making systems just work. You’ll wire up automations, connect APIs, add light monitoring, and turn “this works” into “this runs itself.” You’ll also keep an eye on AI updates and suggest practical improvements we can actually use.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain automations in n8n and Google Apps Script (webhooks, auth, retries, alerts, logs).

- Connect Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive/Chat or Slack) and the WordPress REST API.

- Add reliability basics (idempotency, error handling) and document with short, clear SOPs + quick Looms.

- Keep a lightweight AI radar: flag useful updates, run tiny tests, roll out wins (skip the shiny noise).

- Have great attention to detail. To demonstrate please tell us your favorite color on the form question "how did you hear about us?"

- Pitch in where helpful: improve Google Sheet, tweak a simple Canva/CapCut asset, or improve FuseBase/Notion set up.

What We’re Looking For

- Real experience with n8n and Google Apps Script.

- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript (async/await, REST/JSON, auth).

- Comfort with Google APIs (Sheets/Drive/Chat) and WordPress REST.

- Organized, proactive, reliable, and clear written English.

- You think about retries/alerts/logs by default and write simple, repeatable SOPs.

Bonus Points If You

- Have set up Notion/FuseBase workspaces (databases, relations/rollups, templates).

- Use Claude Code / Cursor / Copilot.

- Know a little Python, Supabase/Firestore, or Cloud Functions/Workers.

- Have basic analytics/UTM or Pinterest automation experience.
