The Role:
We are looking for an Intermediate Tech VA (Technical Operator) to support the technical implementation, fulfillment, and backend operations of a newly launched enterprise within our ecosystem. This is a contract, remote position designed for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy operator who thrives in structured digital environments and understands how to keep the engine of a fast-growing business running smoothly.

You will not just be managing simple administrative tasks; you will actively support and streamline backend operations, manage critical contract documentation, and maintain our project management frameworks. If you are highly organized, comfortable leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate your output, and want to work within a highly aligned EST/CST timezone workflow, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Implementation & Fulfillment: Execute day-to-day technical tasks, support client fulfillment setups, and assist in running daily business operations for our newly launched enterprise arm.
- Operations & Workflow Streamlining: Support and optimize backend operations, internal communications, and digital workflows to eliminate manual friction across the organization.
- Contract & Document Management: Handle end-to-end operational paperwork, contract generation, tracking, and secure execution using tools like DocuSign.
- Project Management Maintenance: Set up, update, and structurally maintain internal project management boards ensuring all deadlines, task dependencies, and documentation are perfectly aligned.
- Daily Async Communication: Actively manage and participate in daily operational updates, keeping team channels clear, updated, and highly organized.

Requirements:
Ideal Candidate Profile
- AI Tool Fluency: Strong foundational understanding of AI platforms and workflows. You must have high proficiency in using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs effectively to optimize your own daily output.
- Software & Tech Stack Literacy: Highly proficient with essential day-to-day business tools, specifically Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom.
- Project Management Frameworks: Direct experience managing or operating within project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ---------- .
- Contract Operations: A clear, practical understanding of contract management tools and workflows (specifically DocuSign or equivalent).
- High-Caliber Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills. You can explain technical issues clearly and maintain clean, professional async updates.

Nice to Have:
- Automation Exposure: Hands-on experience with basic automation development, advanced workflow creation, or integration platforms like N8N / Make / Zapier.
- Code Literacy: Basic custom coding or scripting knowledge (HTML, JSON, JavaScript) for tailored automation tweaks.
- Payment Systems: Basic familiarity with payment management systems, processing setups, or billing tools (e.g., Stripe, Whop).

KPIs / Success Metrics:
- Timeliness & Deadlines: Consistent delivery of operational tasks and meeting core project milestones within specified windows.
- Scope Execution: Successfully hitting specific project KPIs defined within the scope of the contract.
- Friction Reduction: Measurable improvement in operational efficiency and a noticeable reduction in manual backend bottlenecks.
- Data & Contract Accuracy: Zero-error execution on handled contracts, administrative documentation, and backend system setups.
