JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role: We are looking for a highly tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us build and launch online challenges. If you are comfortable learning new workflows quickly and have experience navigating e-commerce and email marketing platforms, this is a great opportunity for ongoing task-based work.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow detailed video instructions to accurately build out online "challenges."
Integrate and manage challenge assets using Shopify and Omnisend.
Ensure all tech components of the challenge are functioning correctly before launch.

Requirements:
Must be highly tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic software integrations.
Prior experience working with Shopify (store management, product/page creation) is required.
Prior experience with Omnisend (email marketing, automation workflows) is required.
Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow step-by-step video instructions precisely.
