About the Role
I am looking for a highly skilled, all-around tech Virtual Assistant to help me create and manage my online businesses. This is not a traditional VA role — I need someone who is a true digital generalist: someone who can build websites, set up sales funnels, drive traffic through SEO, manage social media, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and results.
This role starts part-time (5–10 hours/week) with a strong likelihood of growing to 30+ hours per week. There is also a performance-based bonus opportunity for top results.
Compensation
• Starting rate: $4/hr (negotiable based on experience and skill level)
• Hours: 5–10 hrs/week to start, scaling to 30+ hours
• Performance bonuses available based on business results
• Rate increases as the role and responsibilities grow

Core Responsibilities
• Website Creation & Management — Build and maintain websites (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar platforms)
• Sales Funnel Building — Create and optimize full sales funnels from top to bottom
• SEO — Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategies to drive organic traffic
• Social Media Management — Create content, schedule posts, and manage accounts across platforms
• AI Tools & Automation — Use AI-powered tools to streamline operations, create content, and increase productivity
• Online Business Operations — Day-to-day management and support of online business activities

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in a tech-related VA or digital marketing role
• Proficiency in website building (WordPress, Shopify, ClickFunnels, or similar)
• Hands-on experience creating and managing sales funnels
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices
• Social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong understanding and daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Big Plus!)
• Salesforce experience (CRM setup, management, or automation)
• Graphic design (Canva, Adobe, Figma)
• Email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)
• Video editing or content production
• Paid advertising experience (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
