Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant (Philippines) – Part-Time to Full-Time

Hours: Flexible but must overlap with U.S. business hours

We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can help with a wide range of tasks across marketing, operations, and product testing.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys learning new tools, solving problems, and supporting multiple parts of a growing business.

You will work closely with our team helping keep projects organized, testing software, and supporting daily operations.

???? What You’ll Do
• Help manage and schedule social media posts
• Assist with email organization and replies
• Test our software platform for bugs and usability issues
• Report problems clearly to our development team
• Assist with data entry and research
• Organize documents, spreadsheets, and task lists
• Support marketing and content projects
• Help with general admin tasks as needed

• Excellent written English communication
• Very tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
• Organized and detail oriented
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable documenting bugs or issues clearly
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Available during some U.S. working hours

• Experience with social media management tools
• Familiar with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Experience testing software or apps
• Experience working with startups or SaaS companies
