JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Tech Pack Designer to create factory-ready production files for apparel and gear.

You will turn product ideas into clear, detailed documents manufacturers can follow without confusion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create detailed tech packs for apparel, bags, and accessories
Include measurements, materials, trims, and construction details
Add stitching, labeling, and branding placement callouts
Update and revise tech packs based on feedback
Ensure files are clear and ready for factory production

REQUIREMENTS
Experience creating professional tech packs
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to communicate clearly through visuals and specs
Proficient in Illustrator or similar tools
Understanding of apparel or bag construction

NOT A FIT IF
You’ve never worked with factories
You create vague or incomplete specs
You don’t understand production requirements

PAY
$10–$40 per tech pack depending on complexity
OR monthly retainer available

HOW TO APPLY (REQUIRED)
Send 2–3 tech packs you have created
Create a sample tech pack (basic layout is fine)
Include your turnaround time per tech pack
