JOB OVERVIEW

Lead a small team of AI, automation and backend engineers, and still write code yourself.

ABOUT US
We are a content creation and online coaching business that runs on AI and automation. We are hiring several engineers right now (AI Automation, AI Agents, Claude / Applied AI, Backend, Generative AI Content) and we want one strong person to lead them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and coordinate a team of 3-8 remote engineers day to day
- Turn business goals from the owner into clear technical tasks, priorities and timelines
- Set coding standards, review code, and keep the systems reliable (logging, alerting, no silent failures)
- Help hire: review test tasks and help pick the right people
- Stay hands-on: build and fix the hardest parts yourself
- Report progress clearly and flag problems early

MUST HAVE
- Past experience leading or mentoring a dev team (tell us about it)
- Strong Python and API integration experience
- Hands-on with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT) and automation
- Comfortable on Linux, git, the command line
- Excellent written and spoken English; you will be on calls with the owner

NICE TO HAVE
- AI agent systems, MCP, Claude Code
- Browser automation (Playwright / CDP)
- Cloud / VPS ops, owning systems in production
- Experience running a remote team across time zones

PAY: Up to PHP 30,000/month (full-time), based on skill and leadership experience. Part-time considered for the right person.
