JOB OVERVIEW

About:
We’re a fast-scaling tech company focused on data collection and robotics AI systems. Our operations span multiple countries, collecting, managing, and analyzing large datasets that train intelligent robots.

We’re seeking a Tech Lead who’s highly proficient in Linux and Windows systems, capable of maintaining technical stability across regions, ensuring smooth collaboration, and driving software reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee system operations across multiple data collection hubs.
-Ensure software bugs are identified, documented, and reported promptly.
- Maintain strong communication with other Tech Leads and Operations Managers across regions.
- Support system-level troubleshooting and configuration on Linux and Windows environments.
- Provide technical guidance to local teams and ensure global standards are followed.
- Coordinate with developers and operations to ensure quick turnaround on technical issues.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Linux OS (Ubuntu, Debian, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Windows systems administration.
- Background in system operations, IT support, or technical project management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong documentation discipline (bug tracking, reporting tools, etc.).
- Comfortable managing time zones and communicating with global teams.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Notion).
- Familiarity with scripting or automation in Linux (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Prior leadership experience in a distributed technical team.
