About us
Know Thyself is a podcast hosted by André Duqum, with a paid membership community called the Know Thyself Collective. We run live workshops with guest teachers, a weekly newsletter, and a growing set of digital products. We’re looking for someone who can own the technical side so our team can focus on content and community.
What you’ll do
Landing pages
Build and update landing pages for workshops, lead magnets, and product launches (Squarespace, plus custom pages on Netlify).
Keep pages current: new guest pages, banner swaps, past sessions, checkout links.
Tech integrations
Connect and maintain our stack: Circle, Stripe, Klaviyo, Zapier, Google Analytics 4, ManyChat, and Shopify.
Set up automations like trial enrollment, welcome flows, and RSVP tracking, and keep conversion tracking clean.
Troubleshoot when something breaks, and document how it all works.
Customer experience
Make buying, logging in, and getting started as smooth as possible for members and customers.
Improve onboarding
Spot friction points from support requests and refunds, and fix the cause.
Your first project: launching our journal on Shopify Collective
We’re launching the Know Thyself x Open Journal through Shopify Collective, with our fulfillment partner (WHP) handling production and shipping. You’ll own the setup from start to launch:
Set up Shopify (Basic plan), Shopify Payments, and the Shopify Collective app.
Accept the partner invite and import the journal from the supplier’s price list.
Design the product page and cart, and set customer shipping rates.
Link the CTAs on our Squarespace site to the Shopify product page.
Test the full order flow: checkout, confirmation
Make sure payouts work correctly. Supplier costs are deducted from our Shopify Payments balance after each order ships, and the rest pays out to us.
You might be a fit if you

Have hands-on experience with Shopify setup and checkout. Shopify Collective experience is a big plus.
Are comfortable connecting tools with Zapier, APIs, or native integrations.

Think like a customer and notice the small things that cause confusion.
Communicate clearly, work independently, and document what you build.
To apply, please include:
A short introduction and your relevant experience.
2 or 3 landing pages you’ve built, with a sentence on each about its purpose and how it worked (for example, what it was selling and how it performed).
Any Shopify stores you’ve set up, especially if you’ve used Shopify Collective.
An example of tools you’ve connected or automated (for example Zapier, Stripe, Circle or Klaviyo) and what problem it solved.
Your availability and expected rate.
Please do not apply unless you are exceptionally talented and are a genuinely good fit and we have incredibly high execution standards.
