TECH ASSISTANT

We aren't looking for someone to "figure things out as they go." We're looking for a Tech Operator who can build, maintain, and troubleshoot the systems that power a multi-million dollar sales training company — without hand-holding.

This role is not about "trying to figure it out."
It is about building clean systems, executing fast, and keeping our revenue engine running without breaking.
You will be the technical backbone behind our Mastermind, Academy, and launch operations. If a funnel breaks, you fix it. If an automation misfires, you catch it. If a new campaign needs to be built, you build it — fast and right.
This is a performance role. Not a passive one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will support the CEO and Director of Operations in all technical buildouts, maintenance, and platform management.
Daily Responsibilities

Monitor Go High Level (GHL) automations, pipelines, and workflows for errors or misfires.
Monitor Kartra funnels, pages, memberships, and automations for issues.
QA all active campaigns, sequences, and triggers to ensure they are firing correctly.
Flag broken links, failed payments, or automation gaps immediately.
Respond to tech support tickets related to platform access, login issues, or membership delivery.
Maintain clean tagging and list segmentation inside GHL and Kartra.
Update CRM pipelines and contact records as directed.

Weekly Responsibilities

Build and test new email sequences, automations, and workflows in GHL and Kartra.
Set up landing pages, opt-in forms, and checkout pages per campaign specs.
QA new funnel builds before launch — every link, every trigger, every delivery.
Audit membership delivery in Kartra (correct modules, correct access levels).
Pull email performance reports (open rates, click rates, deliverability).
Update and maintain the master tech SOPs document.
Set up or update Zaps/integrations connecting GHL, Kartra, and third-party tools.

Monthly Responsibilities

Conduct a full audit of automations and workflows for outdated or broken sequences.
Assist in funnel builds for new programs, products, and launches.
Clean contact lists and remove duplicates or dead leads.
Compile tech performance reports for CEO review.
Support A/B testing setup and results tracking on funnels and emails.
Maintain and update all integration connections (Zapier, webhooks, API).


CRITICAL FUNCTION: LAUNCH TECH SUPPORT
When we launch — and we launch often — everything must work:

You build and QA the funnel before the cart opens.
You monitor in real time during launch windows.
You fix issues within minutes, not hours.
You document what broke and how you fixed it.

Speed and precision are mandatory during launches. This is not negotiable.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

You are fluent in Go High Level — funnels, automations, pipelines, calendars, and workflows.
You are fluent in Kartra — pages, memberships, sequences, tags, and checkouts.
You have built and QA'd full funnels from opt-in to purchase to delivery.
You catch errors before they become problems.
You work fast, document everything, and don't wait to be told twice.
You understand that a broken funnel = lost revenue.
You can work US time zone hours consistently.
You are comfortable owning tech entirely without supervision.


WHO THIS ROLE ISN'T FOR

You "know a little" about GHL or Kartra but have never fully built in them.
You need step-by-step instructions every time.
You take hours to respond to urgent tech issues.
You build things and don't QA before going live.
You are looking for a slow-paced tech support role.
You can't handle launch pressure.

This role protects revenue. It requires precision and speed.

WHAT YOU BRING

Proven, hands-on experience with Go High Level (funnels, automations, pipelines, sub-accounts).
Proven, hands-on experience with Kartra (pages, memberships, sequences, checkouts).
Experience with Zapier or Make for platform integrations.
Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices.
Ability to build landing pages and checkout flows from a design brief or example.
Strong written English for internal documentation and SOP writing.
Experience supporting launches at an online education company, coaching company, or agency preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot independently — you Google, you test, you solve.
