JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Tech & AI Assistant (Remote – UK Team)

We’re hiring a full-time Tech & AI Assistant to support our lead tech operator across marketing, automation, AI systems, and content editing.

This role supports a UK-based team, so impeccable English (written and spoken) is required.

This is not a freelance role.
This is not a side hustle.
We want someone whose full-time focus is this position.

The Role

You’ll be supporting with:
• GoHighLevel tasks (funnels, CRM, automations)
• Meta ad account support
• Assisting with AI automations and tech setups
• Light video editing (CapCut or similar)
• Social media scheduling
• General tech admin support

You are not expected to be highly experienced or a strategist.

You are expected to be:
• Hardworking
• Reliable
• Detail-oriented
• Tech-comfortable with a decent understanding of digital tools
• Willing to learn quickly
• Confident communicating in clear, fluent English

Experience with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, CapCut, or automation tools is helpful but not required.

A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and comfort around tech matter more than experience.
